Sorcerer
The Sorcerer was my homage to sorcerous superheroes in the vein of Doctor Strange. He tended to affect a "Raistlin" sort of vibe because I was heavily into the Dragonlance Saga at the time, and a great deal of his general look reflected that. His story, however, was all his own. (It did also become absurdly complicated....)

Known Superhuman Powers: The Sorcerer is a master of magic. His powers derive from three sources: power of the self, power of the universe, or power of the outer dimensions. His personal magics are few, due to his magic-dead nature. However, with the help of his amulet, he is able to use telepathy at Excellent rank-although he dislikes intruding in other people's heads. He may also send out his astral form at Excellent ranking. Finally, he may bronze his skin to provide him with Excellent body armor.
His universal magics are difficult to quantify; formerly, he was able to call upon the elements at his command at Amazing rank with merely a few gestures. However, he maintains the ability to use magic channeled through his amulet. So far, the Sorcerer has been shown to be able to create eldritch shields that provide Remarkable protection; send forth eldritch energy beams that deliver Remarkable damage; summon and return his Sorcerer's garb and cloak to and from his extradimensional Nexus; and create eldritch cages with Excellent material strength. He may also duplicate any other power on the universal energies list at Remarkable rank as a power stunt.
The sole access to dimensional energies that the Sorcerer has is the amulet's link to the Fifth Dimension. It is the only way currently known to activate the gates of Nexus, as described below. Aside from that, the Sorcerer has only been able to use the Fifth Dimensional energies to enhance his own magic: if he so chooses, he can boost a spell's power beyond their top potency, if he makes a psyche feat against the intensity of the difference. For example, using Unearthly power would require a psyche feat versus Monstrous intensity. Even if he is successful, he must make an endurance feat or temporarily lose 2 ranks of endurance with according drop in health; this feat is against the intensity of the magic if he failed his psyche feat, otherwise only a green feat is needed. The lost ranks may return at a rate of one rank per ten rounds of rest.
Due to the nature of his current body, the Sorcerer may not create any illusions, but gains the ability to see through them with Unearthly ability.
Equipment: Sorcerer cannot use most of his magic without his amulet of power, as he is one of the few living magic-dead beings. This acts as a magical battery. When he is not wearing it, he can only use 100 rank numbers in power, with an upper limit of Remarkable; note that he may still use his elemental magics. If anyone else capable of using magic attempts to use it, however, the amulet will inflict Class 5000 damage upon the wearer with an immediate roll on the Kill table, regardless of protections. Sorcerer wears a Cloak of Vanishment, which will make him invisible, silent, and in phase all at Remarkable rank.
Headquarters: Rogers lives in a mansion in LA. He has a scrying glass which allows him to see and hear things at Excellent rank. Its range is limited to Earth. Most importantly, this home also contains his Nexus, which gives him Unearthly access to other dimensions; any other being attempting to enter or exit without the Sorcerer's consent must make a dimensional aperture feat against Unearthly intensity to cross it.
Other Abilities: Sorcerer is skilled in blunt weapons, and has knowledge of occult lore.
Contacts: The Sorcerer may call upon either Force Supreme or a Canadian group known as the Pferdmen if he needs help. He is the closest thing to a leader that the Lords of Magic have, and may call on any of them to help him.
