- Bob Morton: What are your Prime Directives?
- RoboCop: Serve the public trust, protect the innocent, uphold the law.

When the new AT-Reawakened Automaton-was released, I knew I had to make a character with it. Overload was my choice-a robot designed for justice!
Personality
"The OV-72D artificial intelligence can be programmed to suit the buyer's needs; however, as this is an early prototype of the core programming, most will find its personality somewhat bland. After all, the OV-72D is not a living being, but rather a remarkable piece of hardware. Our hope is that future software patches will give the OV-72D the perception of being a fully live and sentient being nearly capable of passing the Turing tests."
Powers
"The OV-72D is equipped to handle both unpowered and metahuman criminal activities. In addition to energy pulse weaponry, the OV-72D is equipped with a detachable "rocket" fist to deliver nonlethal damage at a distance. Cable weaponry is equipped to restrict movements and to serve in the place of handcuffs after defeating a criminal. Obstructions become only minor obstacles thanks to the onboard chainsaw, with a 50,000 RPM. As far as criminals escaping, the OV-72D can accelerate to an average run speed of 40 MPH with perfect maneuverability-something that automobiles in the city just can't match."
Weaknesses and Limitations
"The following is not for public consumption.
"Despite an impressive artificial intelligence, the OV-72D is not a living being. As such, it is constrained by its programming. There are hardwired and hardcoded limits on what the unit is capable of doing as far as judgment calls. In other words, much like Asimov's robots and Robocop, there are directives that the unit refers to for any action related to human beings. Incidentally, it would be highly unethical to add directives preventing the unit from acting contrary to the interests of this company.
"If the OV-72D were to go off the reservation, there is a shutdown code available. We recommend that this never be changed and never exposed unless absolutely necessary. In the wrong hands, it could lead to disaster."
