Repulse
Repulse was an evolution of the Tri-Blade character. As a part of one of my earliest bits of written fiction (and I mean WAY earliest), the character had lost the Tri-Blade armored suit and needed a suitable replacement. I was gravitating away from the lethal weapon approach (which was difficult even in the best of times) and went with an idea that was a bit more non-lethal. There was also a significant shift in that the character would be more of a ranged attacker than a close-in one.

Equipment: Repulse is named for the energy/defense screen that is continuously emitted from the battle suit. The screen provides Amazing protection from physical and energy attacks. The armor plates also provide Good protection against any attack that gets through. Haagen is developing power stunts with the screen as well, allowing him to shape the field in various ways. The only limit is that it can only affect an area, and he must remain within it.
The Repulse armor also allows flight at Remarkable speeds (240 MPH) and is armed with both an EMP projector which neutralizes tech weapons/equipment with Remarkable power, and a neural disruptor that will stun an unarmored opponent with Excellent power. As a concession to material objects, it also has a concussive beam that inflicts Excellent force damage.
The armor gives Repulse the second set of physical stats in addition, replacing his non-armored first set of stats.
Other Abilities: Due to work on his off time, he has gained the medicine talent. He is also a skilled chemist.
