Blackwind

Blackwind had originally been a member of the Troop of Evil, but unlike his "allies", he threw off his brainwashing early because he fell in love with a woman the team had kidnapped. He assisted heroes in helping rescue her and defeat the Troop, but she didn't feel the same way about him (big shock there-he was one of the kidnappers!). Despite this, he sought to reform and show he'd turned over a new leaf (he had never been arrested simply because his identity had managed to stay a secret). His big acceptance moment came when he was contacted by Captain America to try out for the AEF.
