Counterstrike
Counterstrike was the traditional power-armor wearer of the Nemesis villains. I envisioned the armor as being the type that could reconfigure itself to defeat any enemy by countering their abilities. It was sort of hell to deal with in-game, though, which is probably why I rarely used him.

Equipment: Counterstrike gains his powers from his armor. The armor firstly provides him with Incredible protection. It allows him to fly at Remarkable speeds, or 225 MPH. His gauntlets fire plasma beams at Amazing power. His most formidable powers, however, involves circuitry which analyzes an opponent's attack in two rounds, gives him something to counter their defenses, and allows him to ignore any defenses with Unearthly ability.
Other Abilities: Counterstrike hasn't shown any other skills, but he might have the engineering talent.
