Character History
Once upon a time, there was a hero named Cold Master. Cold Master used a supersuit that gave him the ability to freeze his opponents, and he wielded that power in ways he hoped were wise and well.
But one day, a battle destroyed his suit, and nearly ended his life-and the release of cold energies killed those around him. All of this combined to compel Cold Master to retire forever.
Except Fate wasn't done with him yet. Years later, he began discovering that the powers of the cold suit had somehow interacted with his own genetic structure-the powers were no longer in the suit, but in him.
Unwilling to return to his former identity and costume, he chose a new alias to try to make up for those he could not save. No longer a Cold Master, he is now merely "Mister Cold".
