Doctor Demonicus II was based on the Marvel villain of the same name; the character wasn't being used at the time in the comics, was a minor footnote, honestly, and I felt it was too good a name to leave up in the air. So, naturally, the character returned to prominence in Avengers West Coast, which led to me adding a "II" suffix to his name. While I eventually renamed him entirely to "Doctor Chaos" (I think my in-story idea was that the original found out and tried to kill him because of the name thing), I figured I'd put him in at his original name here.
I recall being really lazy with his stats, just choosing the Good rank and moving up the chain for his FASERIP information.

Known Superhuman Powers: Since it is not certain if his powers are technological in origin or inborn, they are listed here. Demonicus has shown the ability to hypnotize people at the Incredible rank. What conditions need to exist for him to use it are unknown. He wears a suit of kevlar armor, which provides protection of Good rank. He is able to shapeshift with Incredible rank. Finally, he can teleport himself with Excellent ability.
Other Abilities: Demonicus is skilled in wrestling, an asset when used with his shapeshifting ability.
Contacts: He may be able to call upon the organization known as ACCOUNT, although Mr. Darrk may or may not choose to help at such a time.
